Cattle Feed Factory at a glance

| The Co-operative Cattle Feed Plant was established in 1971 with the objective of providing balanced and nutritious cattle feed and other animal feed to farmers across the State. The plant has a production capacity of up to 80 metric tonnes (MT) of feed per day.
A new fully automatic plant with a production capacity of 100 MT per day is currently under installation. The project is progressing as per schedule, and the plant is expected to become fully operational and functional by next year.
The feed produced by our plant is marketed through cooperative societies across the state as well as through a network of private distributors and agents.

a) Cattle Feed (Ordinary)
b) Cattle Feed (Special)
c) Poultry Feed
d) Sheep and Goat Feed
e) Pig Feed
f) Camel Feed
g) Duck Feed
h) Horse Feed |

Quality control of Feed:
a) Feeds are produced as per ISI specifications.
b) A BIS licence was also obtained in 2023 to ensure the quality of the animal feed produced by the plant.

c) The raw materials are used after testing and confirmation as per specifications.
d) Produced feed delivered after its quality confirmation as per IS: standards.
e) In the year 2001 plant obtained ISO 9001: 1994 certificate or same has been upgradation in Jan 2004 to ISO 9001: 2000.
f) Now in the Jan 2016 plant obtained new version certificate of ISO 9001: 2015. |
